If your hair texture (thicker/longer hair) requires extra time, or you’re looking to change up your look entirely (long-to-short) please let the stylist know when booking so the appropriate amount of time can be scheduled for your appointment. Weekday evenings & Saturday appointments are limited, so please book in advance. The best way to ensure an appointment is to book as far in advance as possible. If you’re a returning client, pre-booking eliminates this issue.

STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without providing sufficient notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we understand how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation Fee will apply. We will ask for a credit card to have on file.- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a Cancellation Fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.- “No Shows” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.- Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment start time. More than 15 minutes late is considered a “No Show” and will be charged a Cancellation Fee.
NO KID POLICY
We love kiddos, but due to a recent incident, unsupervised children will no longer be allowed at Do or Dye. This includes children sitting in your lap or next to you during your appointment. Children are exposed to elements of danger such as sharp scissors, chemicals, hot irons, etc. In addition, we have received complaints from multiple clients who look forward to their salon experience as a chance to unwind; their personal “me time”. Due to safety considerations, limited space, and liability issues, please make childcare arrangements beforehand and respect this policy. We appreciate your understanding!
